Eddie Ishmael, Jr., Communication Support Supervisor

Ishmael received his Associate’s degree as an Emergency Medical Technician from Pensacola Junior College in 1977. He is certified as a paramedic and also holds certification from the ACIS Institute and as an EMD.

Jimmy Weatherford, Communication Specialist II

Weatherford earned his EMT certification in 1981. He is EMD certified as well as an FCC licensed amateur radio operator. Mr. Weatherford is a member of the American Radio Relay League.

Frank H. Vannoske, Communication Specialist

Vannoske holds certification as an EMT/EMD.  He is involved with Skyline Fire Dept., Santa Rosa Dive Team, and Santa Rosa E.M.S.
